For Classification, use Bray Curtis quantitative coefficient, square root 
transformation, and group average sorting.  A good liitle paper on the 
issue is:  Bloom, S.A. 1981.  Similarity indicies in community studies: 
potential pitfalls. Mar. Ecol. Prog. Ser. 5: 125-128.  Primer, Plymouth 
Labs is a PC program that does the job real fine.
