Information on Black Band Disease

I am a college student at Rhodes College.  As part of a course, I am looking  
for information on black band disease.  I have checked all library references  
and internet sources available to me.  I have Reuetzler and Santavy  
(1983), and Carlton and Richardson, (1995).   Any further information you can  
provide me will be appreciated.
