The Ecology and Oceanography of Harmful Algal Blooms

The Program focuses on Bloom Ecology;
     planktonic and benthic is possible;
     toxic, noxious, harmful in other ways.


Take a look.  Certainly Florida Bay, West Florida, Looe Key and other 
regions come to mind in thinking about algal "blooms."
