growth rates of Atlantic gorgonian spp.

I am in need of information regarding growth rates of individual
 colonies of 3 Atlantic gorgonians: sea rods Pseudoplexaura spp.and
 Plexaura spp. and the sea fan Gorgonia ventilina.  I have not been able
 to find this info in the published literature - can you help ?
