Dear Robert,

The problem is with a server in Australia.  All users from Australia have
been temporarily removed from the list.  I will contact each one
individually to see where the problem lies.

Obviously, Robert, you have made matters worse by posting your needless
message to the list, as now *your* message has bounced many times.  This
has nothing to do with NOAA or our staff, who are quite good.  I trust you
will be more considerate to the list in the future.

I'm sorry I did not catch this sooner, but I actually decided not to work
for seven days a week, for a change, thus I missed the multiple bounces.
