Personally I would like to thank Jim Hendee myself...but I think (based 
on my learnings from this list) is that the proper thing would be to 
offer to compile all the thank you's for him privately (as in to my 
e-mail account) and just send out the summary (just the number of people 
I guess) to the list itself.  I offer to do just that (I'm just afraid of 
the deluge of e-mails).  Please reply directly to
