fishing and reefs

Hi Folks,

Sorry for any cross-postings.

I am currently working on a report that will be distributed to 
members of Congress on how proper implementation and enforcement of 
the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act could 
protect coral reefs from overfishing and habitat destruction.

Does anyone know of any specific examples where overharvesting of a top 
predator or grazer has had adverse effects on coral reefs in the 
Florida Keys or Hawaii?
