Shrimp Farm in Bonaire

I recently heard about a shrimp aquaculture project on Bonaire.  Does anyone 
know about this project, i.e., if any permits or controls were imposed that 
might prevent the kind of physical damage or release of pollutants into the 
coastal zone that are associated with shrimp farming?
