I have gained possession of several copies of the current (1991) version of 
the NOAA Diving Manual "Diving for Science and Technology".  I understand 
that a new one is being developed.  In the meantime, these are available, 
free, to a good home.

I would provide these to institutions that do not have or have access to the 
manual currently.  If you would like one, please e-mail me.  If I get more 
requests exceed supply, I will use some non-arbitrary method based on need to 
choose recipients.
