U.S. Coral Reef Task Force meeting March 2 (fwd)

	Hopefully this task force will also address the problems brought
about by US corporations or development groups conducting environmentally
questionable development projects in other countries with coral reefs (eg,
Belize). This is a real problem here, probably elsewhere as well.
