Rapid Appraisal techniques

Dear coral listers,

Michael Pido and Chua Thia-Eng have developed a technique for rapidly
analysing the environmental and socioeconomic conditions of particular
coastal area. This tecnique has for name RACE (Rapid Appraisal of
Coastal Environments). I'm looking for any information of this tecnique.
