Information on C. abbreviata

Hello everyone,

I am a graduate student who is trying to work on white pox on Acropora 
palmata.  A key part of my thesis is working with Coralliophila abbriviata, 
but I have been unable to find anything on this species.

Does anyone have any references for this particular species, field 
identification characteristics, morphology, etc.
