very detailed:

Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach Counties, Principal investigators: G.M.
Johns, V.R. Leeworthy, F.W. Bell, and M.A. Bonn (all of these individuals
are academic economists).  Six chapters, six appendices, available through
