Colleagues:
 
     In anticipation of the increased interest by Congress in ocean and
marine policy issues likely to follow the release of the U.S. Commision
on Ocean Policy report, I will be actively seeking intern prospects over
the next several years to work with me at the Congressional Research
Service on fishery/marine mammal and related issues.  Interns are being
recruited under several programs, with specific information available
