[Coral-List] Basic coral reef ecology textbook

I am seeking a coral reef ecology/biology text book for a course I am designing at Manatee Community College, Florida. The course will be offered during the summer 2004 and will include a field trip to Honduras.  I would prefer a book that deals primarily with Atlantic reefs.  I have been having a hard time finding a text that is not just a general marine biology text.  Does anyone know of such a book?
