[Coral-List] information on dynamite fishing

   Dear coral-listers:

   I  was  recently  on  the  islands  off of Southern Thailand.  I heard
   stories  about  continuous dynamite fishing and garbage dumping on the
   beautiful  reefs  surrounding these islands.  Does anyone know where I
   can  find  information  on  the  Thai laws regarding dynamite fishing?
