EXHIBIT SHIPPING AND SET UP

Exhibiting will take place on March 3 in conjunction with
the public meeting of the 13th biannual U.S. Coral Reef Task
Force, hosted by the U.S. Deparment of Interior. There is
room for approximately 20 exhibits on the sides of the U.S.
Department of the Interior’s main auditorium, the site of
the public meeting. These spaces will be offered on a
first-come, first-served basis. We offer either space for
“pop-up/stand-alone” displays, or tables for literature.
Exhibits must be set up during the day of March 2, and may
be removed either after the Task Force meeting (i.e. after 5
pm) March 3, or on Friday March 4. They must be removed by
late Friday afternoon.

Stand-Alone “Pop-up” Displays should be no more than 8 feet
in height and 8 feet in length without prior approval. Ten
6 foot tables can be provided for literature displays.
Anyone who wants both a display and a table will be put on a
wait list for their 2nd priority until we see if there is
other demand for the space. There are a limited number of
electrical outlets. No Internet (wired or wireless)
capabilities can be provided by the Department.

Exhibits may be shipped to the Department (see below) or
brought by the exhibitor to DOI and carried into the
auditorium, either through the loading dock or through the C
Street doors (C Street between 18th and 19th Streets) (there
are 8 steps with no ramp at this entrance), with prior
arrangement.
