[Coral-List] What percent of American waters have "Park" status?

Hello, Listers,
 
I need to know the percentage of underwater 'park land' the US has designated, both Stateside, and Territories.  Two different percentages, please, of the overall "claimed" waters.
 
I seem to remember that less than 1/2 of a percent of claimed area is park.
