[Coral-List] Monitoring of coral re-settling process

Could someone please point me to appropriate literature sources or share his o her experience on monitoring techniques and procedures of recovery of coral reef destroyed by tropical cyclone or strong storm (actually, coral re-settling process on remaining coral rubbles).
