[Coral-List] MSc Thesis

Hello All,
 
I am currently a Master's student at Imperial College, London and find
myself trying to put together a title for the thesis which I am due to
start in April. I am hoping to write my thesis on the subject of coral
reef conservation policy and the extent to which institutions, funding
and policies currently exist or are planned to help build
resistance/resilience in coral reefs to possible climate change. 
 
Here at Imperial, there's not to much in the way of direct coral reef
(policy) expertise, and so I turn to the list as my best source for
useful advice. Can anyone recommend a region/country which might provide
an interesting case study - either as a good or bad example of
current/planned policy (MPA networks etc)? Can anyone suggest useful
contacts or documents which may be of help?
