[Coral-List] Zooxanthellae ITS 1&2

Aloha,
 
Is it possible to cross-reference zooxanthellae clades identified by ITS1 and ITS2 analyses? For instance, van Oppen mentions Montipora danae contains clade C+ and LaJeunesse mentions clade C2. Are these one and the same zooxanthellae clades? Is there any reference material available to make this determination?
