[Coral-List] Waste from ships

Folks,
Can someone point me to information about wastes (garbage, sewage, etc)
that come from ships. I assume this is meant to be regulated but I would
guess compliance is another matter. Its depressing to see what washes up
on shorelines, even on remote islands.
Thanks, Brad

We would be interested to see what sort of actions are being taken in the Southern Caribbean regarding waste management and runnoff because we get a tremendous amount of household waste washing up on our beaches each day, from Southern Caribbean states. We have a list of countries from which the garbage comes.
