[Coral-List] International Octocoral Workshop, 2007

Dear List Members,

I am pleased to announce the next International Workshop on the Taxonomy and Biology of Octocorals will be held October 1st to the 5th in Phuket, Thailand. Any students or scientists interested in Indo-Pacific octocorals are encouraged to apply. The course will consist of one day diving and four days of lectures and lab work. The deadline for applications is July 27th, 2007.  Facilities are provided by the Phuket Marine Biological Center. There are a limited number of student spaces available and they could fill up quickly. Workshop details are available at the website address below.
