[Coral-List] Pigment extraction

Acetone works well for pigment extraction.  I have had good luck  
following Standard Method 10200H by Clesceri, Greenberg, et al.  
(1998).  This can be found in the "Standard Methods for the  
Examination of Water and Wastewater", published by the American Public  
Health Association.

I also recommend following Johannes and Wiebe (1970) for tissue  
removal using a Water-Pik or airbrush.
