[Coral-List] AFLP technique for corals

Dear Coral List Subscribers,

I am hoping to use Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP) in analysis
to determine relatedness of corals.  I was wondering if anyone has tried
this before?  Or if you have any insight into doing so?  Since there is
great microbiotal diversity present on corals surface I think the
restriction enzymes and fragment amplification would include microorganism
DNA as well.
