[Coral-List] report on sharks by SPC

I just read a report on coastal sharks in the Pacific put out by the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC), "Coastal shark fisheries in the Pacific, a brief overview of current knowledge" by Matthieu Juncker.  In it, I read that French Polynesia has banned the take of all sharks other than Mako.  French Polynesia covers an area larger than Europe, I've read.  Many other interesting things in the report.
