EVOLUTIONARY DEVELOPMENTAL BIOLOGY (EVO-DEVO) - UNIVERSIDAD DE LOS ANDES


The Department of Biological Sciences at the Universidad de los Andes  
(Bogotá, Colombia) seeks to fill a position for a full time assistant  
or associate professor with formal training and research experience  
in Evolutionary Developmental Biology. Applicants must have a Ph.D.  
degree, preferably with postdoctoral research and teaching  
experience. Researchers with experience in the use of molecular tools  
to study Evolutionary Developmental Biology are especially encouraged  
to apply.

The successful candidate is expected to teach and supervise  
undergraduate and graduate students, and to promote and conduct  
research projects in the proposed field.





PALEONTOLOGY - UNIVERSIDAD DE LOS ANDES

The Department of Biological Sciences at the Universidad de los Andes  
(Bogotá, Colombia) seeks to fill a position for a full time assistant  
or associate professor with formal training and research experience  
in Paleontology. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree, preferably with  
postdoctoral research and teaching experience. Researchers with  
experience in evolutionary biology and neotropical paleontology are  
especially encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate is expected to teach and supervise  
undergraduate and graduate students, and to promote and conduct  
research projects in the proposed field.




TROPICAL PARASITOLOGY - UNIVERSIDAD DE LOS ANDES


The Department of Biological Sciences at the Universidad de los Andes  
(Bogotá, Colombia) seeks to fill a position for a full time assistant  
or associate professor with formal training and research experience  
in Tropical Parasitology. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree,  
preferably with postdoctoral research and teaching experience.  
Researchers with experience in the biology and population genetics of  
parasites, neotropical insect vectors, and entomology are especially  
encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate is expected to teach and supervise  
undergraduate and graduate students, and to promote and conduct  
research projects in the proposed field.
