[Coral-List] Request for Comment FL ocean sewage outfalls

These outfalls and many others have been central focus
for the survival of reef communities.  I have read the
various documents at the site.  The State really only
want to know of experiences - worldwide -of outfalls
and coral reefs and what practical measures have been
taken to reduce outfall-nutrient effects on coral and
other communities - KEEP IT FACTUAL.
