[Coral-List] Mucus Carbon & Nitrogen content

Dear Listers

 Hi, I am a postgraduate student from Venezuela, I want to carry out an
experiment on which Carbon and Nitrogen content in mucus of a massive coral
represent two of the most important variables to be mesured, but I dont have
access to an elemental analyser. I would really appreciate your help
providing either:
1) alternative methodologies/ideas/protocols/
2) elemental analyser availabiity/fees, etc.
or 3) general opinions/
