Great used car.

A while ago, my thought was what coral reef elements
are most connected with
1) the elements of global warming...heat stress,
bleaching, changes of CO2 in seawater/acidity...can it
be check in cross-section of the reef structure
itself...we did something a long time ago in paleo to
see banding of CaCO3 in tests and shells of the
Paleozoic.

2. What is the Carbon footprint for marine surveys,
monitoring etc...how many use sail rather than diesel.
How much water/air is pumped by marine institutes and
could solar panels/wind turbines do the work. What is
the carbon print for the GPS satellites - vs
sextant/astrolab...

3. Teleconferencing rather than a lot of face2face
conferences.

I was going to summarize the mails but as you
rightfully indicate no car or used car ("reused")are
probably better than new ones. I am waiting for all
electric and am putting up 4-6KW of solar panels.
