[Coral-List] Fwd: poleward migration of corals

Dear List,
   
  Prof. Gene Shinn brilliant posting on coral range expansion is showing once again the necessity of a more integrative biological and geological approaches in the struggle to understand coral reefs.  
   
  Is this not directly linked also to the other question: What can scientist do?  I hope so. How? With changes in education and preparation of specialists, and with efficient joint projects in order to see the problems in temporal dynamics.
