Dear Colleagues,
   
  If Coral-List has periodically nominations for best communications no doubt that Dr. Charles Birkeland (for "Unprecedented fixed nitrogen")  and Dr. Gene Shinn (for: "Poleward migration of corals")  will be very strong candidates in the category "What can scientists do?"
