Neotropical Research Vessel: The Smithsonian's 96ft Research Vessel R/V Urraca is available for cruises in the Tropical Eastern Pacific and the South-west Caribbean. The ship accommodates 9 scientists and can support diving, trawling, dredging, and plankton sampling activities.
