Unofficial description:
This position focuses on the "ridges to reef" tropical natural resource
management paradigm. The selectee will conduct field work approximately 60%
of the time and data entry, processing, equipment preparation and care the
other 40%. Experience with tropical marine ecosystems (coral reefs,
seagrass, ect...) and associated research/monitoring techniques is
essential, as well as experience in endangered species management and
terrestrial habitat restoration.
