    When posting announcements for professional positions, please be
sure to state who is eligible to apply, INCLUDING whether or not the
applicant has to be a U.S. (or other) citizen.  This saves everybody
time and anxiety.  If any of you out there have other suggestions as to
what should be included in a position announcement, please speak up!
