Dear 11 ICRS attendees,

Season's greetings!

Your 11 ICRS Proceedings and contributions are now published and freely
available on the web. The searchable 11th ICRS Proceedings and associated
*.pdfs of contributions are located at www.nova.edu/ncri/11icrs. (Click on
big yellow button upon arrival at the site.)

You can also find contributions at www.reefbase.org. (Search for 11 ICRS
and contributions will be listed).

The release of the Proceeding CDs has been slightly delayed because of
compatibility problems between MS Internet Explorer 8 and Adobe Acrobat
Reader 9 which required significant reprogramming of the search software to
ensure future functionality. Attendees will receive working CDs (and print
versions, for those who ordered) in early 2010.

Publication year of the proceedings is 2009, and the correct way to cite is:

Author A (2009) An outstanding contribution to the meeting. Proceedings of
the 11th International Coral Reef Symposium, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, July
2008: 100-105.

or, the short version:

Author A (2009) An outstanding contribution to the meeting. Proc 11th Int
Coral Reef Symp, Ft. Lauderdale: 100-105.

Sincerely,

Bernhard Riegl and Richard E. Dodge
