[Coral-List] NOAA/FishAmerica Partnership Funding Available - Projects in PR & USVI Eligible to Apply

The NOAA Restoration Center's Community-based Restoration Program, in 
partnership with the American Sportfishing Association's FishAmerica 
Foundation, has a funding opportunity open now to fund community-based 
fisheries habitat restoration projects. 

This partnership encourages projects that clearly demonstrate 
on-the-ground benefits to marine, estuarine or anadromous fisheries 
resources, particularly sportfish, and must involve community 
participation through an educational or volunteer component tied to the 
restoration activities.

*Proposals must be mailed and _received by_ June 22nd. *

Nationwide there is approximately $735,000 available this year and 
awards will range from $5,000 to $50,000.  Please note that funding for 
indirect costs will not be provided.
