In the perspective of the 'Copenhagen Climate Change Summit' to be held in December, the CRISP ( Coral Reef InitiativeS for the Pacific) programme has recently published a scientific review on  'Acidification and coral reefs' by Prof. Bernard Salvat and Prof. Denis Allemand. This 32-page document, translated into three languages (English, French and Spanish), is meant to inform a wide audience and overall to  convince decision-makers of the urgent need to act against atmospheric CO2 pollution.
