Cold-water bleaching event 
Location: Bath & Tennis Reef, Palm Beach,  FL. 260 40.840 N, 080 0 01.110  
W 
Specifics:  
On July 11, divers reported water temperatures in the  area dropped from 
840 F to the mid-50’s. 
On July 12, a fish-kill was  reported in the area, FWC collected fish and

On July 28, 2010 divers  first noted and photographed bleached coral on 
Bath & Tennis  Reef.
 
On August 3, 2010 divers  video taped a section of the impacted area. Video
