Marine Biologist - Jacksonville Beach, FL

Dial Cordy and Associates Inc. (DC&A) is an environmental consulting firm that provides environmental resource related services and expertise to federal, state, local and private clients throughout the southeastern United States and Caribbean.

DC&A is looking for a full-time Marine Biologist or Ecologist with 3-4 years of experience in Florida, the southeastern United States and/or Caribbean.. Qualified applicants will hold a Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Oceanography, Biology), be SCUBA certified, be proficient technical writers and have the ability to manage projects and tasks independently. The qualified applicant will be part of the Jacksonville Beach, Florida office but should expect to travel to project sites as necessary. Additional qualifications that are desirable but not required include, a captain's license, NEPA writing experience, statistical analysis and experiment design experience including using SAS/JMP software, and experience with remote sensing technologies (e.g. side scan sonar). This position is available immediately.
