I think this is a bit of a stretch. Trinidad is quite a distance from 
and neither upwind nor up current from the Turks and Caicos (unless you 
count going all the way around the Caribbean current).  Trinidad's 
refineries are not the ones closest to the Turks and Caicos.  Jack Sobel.
