The Unversity of Miami/RSMAS is hiring a data manager/field researcher/diver
to work primarily with the fish ecology group at the the NOAA/Southeast
Fisheries Science Center. The job will be primarily focused on the Florida
Keys reef fish monitoring program and involves extensive diving fieldwork in
the FL Keys, with some opportunities to participate in other projects at the
Center. Ideal candidates will have a MS and a extensive field and data
management experience (preferably with knowledge of Atlantic coral reef
systems), but we may consider a recent PhD who would be interested in taking
on some additional data analysis projects. Note that for PhDs, this is not
an academic position, and opportunities for research independence will be
   extremely limited.
