[Coral-List] BP terminology

It has been correctly pointed out to me that the BP event is not truly a "spill," which may be viewed as a one-time event even if a leak (e.g. from a tanker) is protracted.  The BP event is more properly termed a "blowout," which implies the different scenario of continued uncontrolled flow into the environment.
