Hello Listers,
Is their anyone who knows about artificial beaches. There are a few references on the web.

There are also vague references about artificial beaches in Utrecht, Netherlands; Sydney, Australia; a proposal for an artificial reef in the capital of Dominican Republic.
I am trying to find out people who designs or builds artificial beaches.
