[Coral-List] [ underwater epoxy resin

The mentioned epoxies work well. I use Blueline hydraulic cement underwater
regularly in other applications and the stuff is fantastic. It also finishes
with a rougher surface than epoxy which may prove beneficial for new
settlement. Just add a handful of the powder to seawater in a Ziploc while
at the surface, make cement meatballs, and you have about 5 minutes to set
it into place before they begin to set. This stuff can be ordered from a
Home Depot or Lowe's (both of which will ship if ordered online)

Regards
Mike

Not to mention that Z-Spar is quite expensive and very dense so shipping
costs would be high too.

The Reef Innovations from Sarasota Florida (reefballer at aol.com) sells and
can ship internationally RBF Coral Putty designed specifically for corals
however hydrostatic cement is a much cheaper and better option for
relocating adult coral colonies epoxy putty is only suited for propagation
plugging.
