Greetings,

    This is a reminder, mainly to our international colleagues, that the
U.S. Government may be shutdown because our glorious U.S. Congress can't
agree on a budget.  Thus, if you have any important bulletin types of
messages you'd like to broadcast, get them out before Friday night
(Eastern Standard Time [i.e., same as Washington, DC).
