[Coral-List] Lionfish length.

HI All,

There is no confusion.

I spoke with the author of the Dive Training piece and gave info on the
maximum recorded sizes of lionfish as 474mm (from NC) and 454mm (from
Bahamas).

The max size noted in Dive Training was incorrect and we spoke with the
publisher recently at the DEMA Dive trade show about this.  Expect a
correction in an upcoming issue.

Hi Gang,

Just to add to the confusion, I recieved two inputs to my post about 
lionfish length:

1- A reply from the author of the article saying it was not a misprint 
and attributed the figure to the head of REEF.
2- A note from a representative of REEF who states that the article did 
indeed contain a misprint and should have read "1/2 meter".
