[Coral-List] Manta-Tow Boards

Dear  fellow listers,
I am currently a post-graduate student about to begin a project in Australia in which I will need to use a manta-tow board, however I am having trouble finding one. If anyone can point me in the right direction in which I could find some plans on how to make my own or order a professional one I would greatly appreciate it.
