[Coral-List] image sharing software

Hi folks,

 

I am searching for freeware, or a web-based application, that will allow me
to create a searchable image database of photos from the mesophotic zone. My
group has gathered hundreds of images to scale of benthic marine life, and
geological anomalies within this depth zone, and the intent is to make them
available to you - the coral community. I am looking for some means to make
these searchable by depth, location, habitat feature, etc for cooperative
use.

 

Ideas and suggestions welcomed.
