[Coral-List] R code for power analysis of Coral Point Count datasets

Does anyone have any R code to look at the power of tests (get a power curve) to assist in decisions on sampling level required to detect significant changes in coral communities (cover, genus composition etc)

In addition to understanding the power attained to detect significant differences from sites records and replicates (nested in sites), I would also like to test how many images per replicate to use and how many points per image will optimise the test for detecting changes in long term repeat sampling designs.

If anyone knows of any code that I can share or is interested in assisting me in getting some code written, can you please let me know.
Thanks
Kim
